Q: How should I package tubes to be shipped to Kennetron?
A: Original shipping containers should be used if possible. Otherwise pack tubes with plenty of cushioning around them. Use separate packaging for each tube shipped.
Q: Are the tubes rebuilt at Kennetron or sent out to another location for rebuilding?
A: The tubes are rebuilt at Kennetron in East Taunton, Massachusetts, U.S.A. Visit our tour page for some photos.
Q: Do I need to call before I send a tube to Kennetron?
A: No, but be sure to enclose enough information with the tube so that it can be returned to you after rebuilding.
Q: Does Kennetron have rebuilt tubes in stock that can be exchanged for my worn out tube so that I don't need to wait for the tube to be rebuilt?
A: This depends on the tube type and the current stock, which is always changing. Call to be sure.
Q: Can Kennetron rebuild my tube and store it until I need it?
A: Yes, your tube can be rebuilt and stocked with your name on it. When you need the tube simply call Kennetron and your tube will immediately be shipped to you. You will not be invoiced until the tube is shipped regardless of how long it is stored.
Q: Can a tube be rebuilt more than once?
A: Absolutely! Some tubes are rebuilt many times.
Q: Will Kennetron buy old tubes that I no longer need?
A: Yes.
